The Danish state postal company PostNord will no longer provide letter delivery services starting next year. In the future, sending and receiving letters in Denmark will only be possible through private companies. To the question of whether, in their opinion, "Latvijas Pasts" should follow Denmark's example — to abandon letter delivery and focus solely on parcels, 13% of residents of Latvia aged 18 to 65 answered affirmatively (4% — definitely yes; 9% — probably yes).
The majority of respondents (63%) do not believe that "Latvijas Pasts" should follow Denmark's example: 26% answered "probably not," and 37% — "definitely not."
Almost a quarter of those surveyed (24%) did not express a specific opinion on this issue.
