In the capital, the night will start with partly cloudy weather, and the sky will gradually become more overcast, but no precipitation is expected. A weak south wind will blow, and the minimum air temperature will be around zero. During the day, cloudy weather is forecasted in Latvia, but the sky will clear up in places. Precipitation in the form of rain and wet snow will occur in many areas. Ice is possible on some sections of the roads.
A weak to moderate south wind will blow, while on the seaside, a moderate west-northwest wind will strengthen in gusts to 15-18 meters per second in the second half of the day.
