In Riga, after a rainy morning, the sun will come out, and there will be a chance of brief rain during the day. The wind will blow from the northwest and will strengthen to 16 meters per second. The air temperature will reach +13 degrees.
The weather is determined by an area of low pressure and an atmospheric front that is moving further east. Atmospheric pressure is 1006–1010 hPa at sea level.
