In a new, very personal interview, Polina Dibrova candidly discusses her relationship with the businessman, explaining the reasons why the celebration is currently postponed, and unexpectedly touches on the topic of his ex-wife.
Polina Dibrova, known as the ex-wife of Dmitry Dibrov, shared her innermost thoughts, explaining why the celebration with businessman Roman Tovstik remains in plans but not in the near future. According to her, the coveted proposal of marriage has not yet happened, as the couple needs to resolve some important issues.
"We have internal matters that also need to be resolved. Moreover, I don’t want to prove anything to anyone or tie anyone down. I want everything to be enjoyable. When the time comes, I will receive the proposal, and everything will happen. It takes time to prepare. I have gone through a difficult path. We have already talked about the last six months. We just need to live for our enjoyment, calmly... about a year. Restore health, establish a household. Understand the trajectory of life. There may be some changes," Polina Dibrova said.
Currently, Polina is fully immersed in creating her own autobiography. She believes that her book will be a source of inspiration for those who have faced life's challenges. Indeed, Polina has much to share: she has 16 years of marriage behind her, which ended in divorce, as well as a tumultuous affair with a married businessman who, by the way, was the husband of her close friend Elena Tovstik. It was about Elena that Dibrova also mentioned in the conversation, not forgetting to comment on her singing talents.
"I know she has become a singer. Well, wonderful. If this is a springboard for her into a happy future, we are also glad. I really want her to succeed and for her children to be okay," Polina expressed.
As of today, Polina Dibrova and Elena Tovstik do not maintain any contact. Polina admits that she does not see any "desire for peace" from Elena, but she still hopes that their relationship may improve over time.
The story of a loud breakup
A loud scandal related to Polina Dibrova's personal life erupted last summer: she decided to leave the famous showman Dmitry Dibrov for 51-year-old Roman Tovstik. Roman was not just a family friend, but also the husband of her close friend Elena. As a result of this difficult decision, the Dibrovs were left with three common sons, while the Tovstiks had six children after 19 years of marriage.
