Eileen Wilkie celebrated her birthday at the Rossetti House care home in the town of Frome, Somerset. The woman was born in 1921 and married a young man named John in 1942. While he was fighting, Wilkie served in the Women's Land Army, which was created to replace men who had gone to fight in World War II. After the war, John trained as an accountant, and he and Eileen traveled extensively around the country.
