According to the specialist, the only effective way to combat them is to reduce the number of places where dust mites can actively reproduce. The expert recommended replacing household textiles with surfaces that can be wiped with a damp cloth. She also advised using special covers on bedding that do not allow allergens to pass through and keeping the humidity level at no higher than 45-50 percent.
