Alexander Petrov has announced his readiness to once again play Grisha Izmaylov in a potential continuation of the series 'Police Officer from Rublyovka'. The actor expressed surprise at the lack of serious discussions about the project, calling it a 'gold mine'. At the same time, Petrov admits that if the series is revived, it will likely be in a completely new format.
One of the key reasons for the prolonged pause, the actor cited the tension in the relationships between the lead actors and the creator of the project, Ilya Kulikov.
'I personally had no conflict with Ilya Kulikov. However, it seems he had one with me. And he said a lot of unpleasant things about me and about Seryozha Burunov,' Petrov explained. In his opinion, this situation could have affected the future of 'Police Officer from Rublyovka'.
Last year, his 25-year-old wife Victoria gave birth to their first child. The couple held a gender party where they learned the sex of their future baby. However, they did not share details and results of the party with the public. Later, it became known that the young wife had given birth to a son for the actor.
It is worth noting that Alexander Petrov married Victoria in the fall of 2023, just a few days after they met.
