It turns out that modern youth prefer quality sleep to sex. According to analysts at EduBirdie, 67 percent of Generation Z choose rest over intimacy. Additionally, 46 percent of respondents prefer time spent alone to intimate closeness.

"The data shows that Generation Z approaches intimate relationships more consciously than older generations: 82 percent insist on discussing boundaries before intimacy, and 92 percent feel confident saying 'no' in bed," summarized EduBirdie expert Yulia Alekseenko.
