American actor and martial arts master Steven Seagal, who obtained Russian citizenship in 2016, has decided to sell his country house in the Moscow region. This concerns a luxurious villa in the elite village "Konus," located just ten kilometers from the MKAD.
According to consulting company NF Group, the total area of the main house is about 500 square meters, and the plot is 15 acres, surrounded by trees. The property features a guest house with a bath, a barbecue area, and a well-maintained garden. Inside the main building, there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an office, a wine room, a home theater, and a garage.
The village "Konus" is a gated community with 22 cottages, designed in a unified architectural style. Seagal moved into this house in 2018 after finally settling in Russia. He lived here with his wife — a native of Mongolia — and their son. Later, the actor lived for some time in the Krasnodar region, working on a winemaking project, but then returned to the capital.
The reasons for selling the house have not yet been disclosed. The press is discussing possible plans for Seagal to move to southern Russia, where he continues to develop his winemaking venture. It is worth noting that his eldest son Dominic, born from his marriage to model Kelly LeBrock, also lives in Russia — in 2024, he married Russian model Airin Danilova.
