The preacher promised wealth from God for a donation of 10 thousand dollars.
In Florida, USA, a church minister urged parishioners to donate a large sum to him within a minute and a half, promising wealth in return. This was reported by the publication Premier Christian.
Pastor Todd Hall, known as a "praiseologist," stated at a conference that the Lord desires to make someone a multimillionaire. He explained that this would only happen if that person transferred ten thousand dollars to Todd within 90 seconds. In a video that sparked a wave of criticism on social media, he, dressed in a designer suit, urged donations, claiming that God would "reveal His face" to such a donor.
Such appeals often become grounds for accusations of exploiting believers. Hall himself is the founder of several religious organizations and commercial enterprises.
