It was previously reported that actor Gennady Khazanov sold five apartments and houses in Russia for a total of 706 million rubles (over 7 million euros).

The properties in question are located in Moscow and the region. They include an apartment of 246 square meters on Malaya Molchanovka Street in Arbat for 237 million, an apartment of 255 square meters on Spiridonovka Street in the Presnensky district for 232 million, a three-story house with buildings totaling 845 square meters in the DPK named after December 5, 1936, in the village of Dubki in the Odintsovo urban district for 112 million, an apartment of 114 square meters on Serafimovich Street in Yakimanka for 102 million, and an apartment with a storage room of 112 square meters in the Sosny settlement in the Odintsovo urban district for 23 million.

Khazanov has only one residence left in Russia — an apartment of 39 square meters on Lyusinovskaya Street in Zamoskvorechye for 21 million rubles. At the same time, the actor still owns two businesses in the country and holds the position of artistic director of the Moscow Estrada Theater.
