At 11:00, discussions about the cultural and historical land of Latgale will take place at "Priedes krogs," and from 11:00 to 15:00, families with children are invited to the "Jaunsaimniecībā" courtyard, where they can bake pies with eggs and round rausiši in a real wood-fired oven.

Nature awakens, and the earth comes to life after the winter frosts, filling with vitality. The annual celebration of the spring equinox is approaching, when light will triumph over darkness, and the day will become longer than the night. The sun will rise higher and higher in the sky, and the spring work cycle will begin for farmers. On this significant day, the traditional main dish is homemade eggs, which symbolize fertility, life, and rebirth. Beans, peas, and various pies are also served on the table. The museum invites everyone to bake traditional pies together, celebrating the arrival of spring.
