The filming of the large-scale Russian film project fantasy series "The Secret City," based on the popular cycle of novels by Vadim Panov, has been completed.
The basis is the iconic literary cycle published since 2001. Viewers can expect an immersion into the story of a modern metropolis, where beneath the surface of ordinary reality lies a whole world of ancient magic, secret societies, and eternal conflicts.
An impressive cast worked on the visual embodiment of this complex universe: Milos Bikovic, Yulia Peresild, Igor Vernik, Alexey Guskov, Sergey Shakurov, Ivan Dobronravov, Andrey Merzlikin, Ivan Okhlobystin, and others.
"The Secret City" is positioned as a flagship project aimed at setting new standards in serial production. This is the first ambitious attempt to create modern Russian fantasy for an adult audience, combining spectacle, a dynamic plot, and deep emotions.
