Are there cannibal animals?

Yes.

The most common manifestation of cannibalism among mammals is the consumption of their newborn offspring by females. This deviation from normal behavior is associated with postpartum reactions, including the eating of the placenta and dead young. There are known cases where cannibal females among rodents, pigs, primates, and other mammals steal and consume others' young.

In conditions of high density and food scarcity, many omnivorous animals, such as rats, resort to cannibalism. Interestingly, rats that have become cannibals continue to eat their kin even after returning to normal conditions. Bears and wild boars readily consume the carcasses of their kin, showing no bias against other carrion. Hippos also do not shy away from such practices.
