Why do predators avoid eating crows?

In fact, this happens.

Feathered predators do hunt crows and sometimes eat them, however, these birds are quite rare in the stomachs of mammals. There are several reasons for this.

Firstly, crows are cautious and intelligent birds with excellent reflexes, which makes catching them a challenging task. Secondly, in defense, a crow can inflict serious damage with its beak. Additionally, other crows gather in response to its cries, cawing and beginning to chase the predator.

Predators generally prefer not to deal with such troublesome prey.
