Many believe this is an unfavorable period when everything is on the decline. However, luck often depends not only on the phase of the moon but also on the position of the stars.
February 17 — New Moon
The new moon, the day before it and the day after it, from an astrological perspective, is not suitable for any new beginnings.
February 18-28 — Waxing Moon.

Favorable and Unfavorable Lunar Days for Health
In life-threatening conditions, one should consult a doctor without delay. However, to undergo check-ups or procedures, one can choose suitable days from an astrological perspective. During unfavorable periods, caution should be exercised when planning events, meetings, and even just a walk to work.
Good days for doctor visits and medical procedures: February 4-8, 10-15, 19-28. Days when it is not advisable to visit clinics without urgent need: February 1, 2, 3, 9.
The position of the stars can also affect the well-being of animals. From an astrological perspective, on February 8, 9, 20, and 21, pets can be taken to the veterinarian without much concern. These days are also favorable for neutering, sterilization, and other medical procedures. However, on February 3, it is better to leave your pet at home unless it is urgent.
People often turn to the stars when they need to resolve something related to their personal life. February has quite a few days favorable for marriage registration and wedding ceremonies: February 4, 8, 13, 14, 22, 26, 27. But there are also less favorable dates: February 3, 20, 21, and 28. If you believe in astrology and have the opportunity, it is better to postpone marriage registration or a wedding ceremony.
Starting a new job, attending interviews, or transitioning to a new position is best done on February 2, 7, 10, 11, and 26 (February 2, 10, and 11 are the most favorable). On the other days of the month, luck is unlikely to be on your side.
If you have been thinking about buying a car, the best day for this is February 11. On other days in February, it is better to forget about major transactions related to cars.
Favorable days for inheritance, signing contracts, opening deposits, bank payments, and drafting wills: February 3, 4, 23, 25.

for banking operations: February 16, 17, 19, 21, 28;
for drafting wills: February 1, 2, 16, 17, 19-21, 28.
