Cardiologist Shares an Unconventional Way to Normalize Blood Pressure

Cardiologist Herman Gandelman shared an unusual yet scientifically grounded method for lowering blood pressure.

The doctor recommends regularly performing good deeds — according to him, this practice has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system. When a person does something good for others, the body produces joy hormones, which, in turn, not only improve emotional well-being but also help reduce stress levels.

"At the moment we help people, do good for others, joy hormones are released, stress levels decrease. And blood pressure drops," the expert explained.

The cardiologist emphasizes that to maintain normal blood pressure, it is important to make good deeds a daily habit — even small acts of care and attention to those around can have a noticeable positive effect on health.
