According to the specialist, there are many highly sensitive children nowadays. They are characterized by emotionality, vulnerability, and have a nervous system that reacts sharply to various external influences.

If it is necessary to explain this issue to a child with a delicate emotional disposition, the expert recommends starting with the game “Who Eats What?”. For this, you can draw what animals eat: for example, birds eat worms, lions eat antelopes, and humans eat meat. During the game or drawing process, you can explain that some animals are specially bred to be consumed for food and to become stronger. It is important to maintain calmness in the conversation with the child, as they intuitively sense our anxiety and uncertainty.

If the child becomes upset after your explanation, support them with words like: “I understand you,” “I see that this is uncomfortable for you to hear,” “I also sincerely regret that this happens,” “What can I do to make it easier for you?”.
