Dietitian Gabriela Peacock shared recommendations in an interview with The Sun that can help slow down aging and noticeably rejuvenate in just two weeks.
According to the expert, the first step to rejuvenation is eliminating sugar from the diet. Peacock claims that it is sweet carbohydrates that contribute to chronic inflammation, which accelerates the aging process of the body. Additionally, excessive consumption of sweets can lead to weight gain, which also increases the risk of various diseases.
The second secret of 'eternal youth' is tempering. Peacock believes that temperature fluctuations positively affect cell regeneration. Therefore, she recommends exercising outdoors in cool weather, taking a contrast shower daily, and visiting a bathhouse or sauna.
The third important rule is a balanced diet rich in vitamins A, C, and E. According to the dietitian, these beneficial substances help neutralize the effects of free radicals that harm the body's cells.
The specialist also advises increasing the intake of foods containing omega-3 and fatty acids, as well as not forgetting about collagen, which is present in bone broth.
And finally, the last rule is proper sleep. The habit of falling asleep after midnight negatively affects the aging processes of the body.
