The magnetic storm triggered by a solar flare covered Earth on October 2. What to expect from it?
Specialists recorded the largest solar flare in recent times. Experts claim that the eruption led to a strong magnetic storm.
According to scientists, it will reach a G2 level. The minimum level is G1, and even lower levels indicate disturbances in the magnetosphere that are not considered magnetic storms. Preliminary estimates suggest there will be 6 such days in October, with this storm being the only one for the entire month.
Even during weak storms, weather-sensitive individuals may experience general malaise, increased fatigue, and headaches. Experts urged not to ignore the body's signals and not to wait for the discomfort to pass on its own. It is better to consult a doctor, as strokes and other pathologies usually occur during magnetic storms.
Regardless of the intensity of the magnetic storm, during "unstable" periods, doctors recommend drinking more water, walking outdoors, and avoiding energy drinks, including coffee.
