Semolina porridge is a healthy dish that is perfect for breakfast.
You can make your morning meal not only healthy but also tasty by adding some berries or pieces of fruit to the porridge.
However, many housewives face the problem of cooking semolina porridge without clumps, especially if they lack sufficient experience.
There are two methods that will help you always prepare the perfect dish.
First, it is important to correctly calculate all the ingredients. As experienced housewives note, for 80 grams of semolina, you need to take 0.6 liters of milk. Don’t forget to add a pinch of salt. If you want the porridge to be sweeter, prepare two tablespoons of sugar.
Method One
First, rinse the pot with cold water so that the milk does not burn.
When the milk comes to a boil, reduce the heat and gradually sprinkle in the semolina, constantly stirring the liquid.
Continue stirring the porridge until it boils. Once it is ready, remove the pot from the heat.
Method Two
According to experienced housewives, bring 2/3 of the milk to a boil along with the sugar and salt.
Before it boils, add the remaining part of the milk and sprinkle in the semolina, mixing thoroughly. If desired, you can add a little water.
Then pour the mixture into the boiling milk and bring to a boil.
