Bruschetta with Healthy Radish

A great idea for breakfast — a quick, tasty, light, and healthy bruschetta that looks very festive.

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:

10 large radishes
4 large pieces of black bread with seeds
100 g of butter
1 small cucumber
2 cloves of garlic
1 small bunch of green onions
1 tbsp of lemon juice
black salt for serving

Preparation:

1. Bring the butter to room temperature. In a mortar, crush the garlic with finely chopped green onions, add salt and mix with the softened butter.

2. Toast the bread on a dry skillet on one side until golden brown, then let it cool. Spread a generous layer of the spiced butter on the bread.

3. Slice the radishes and cucumber into very thin rounds, mix them and drizzle with lemon juice, let sit for 5 minutes.

4. Arrange the vegetables on the buttered bread, season with black salt and serve.
