Chinese Pork: This meat, stir-fried in a fragrant sauce, is simply magnificent!

This Chinese pork recipe is not suitable for those fasting, but meat lovers will definitely appreciate this spicy and juicy dish. Thanks to the quick preparation and soaking in soy sauce, the pork becomes browned and crispy in just a few minutes.

 

This wonderful dish can be served not only for a casual dinner but also for a festive table! Cook with the expectation of a delightful taste — this meat is worth trying for everyone.

Ingredients:

300 g of pork
2 carrots
1 bell pepper
5-6 champignon mushrooms
1 onion
50 ml of soy sauce
1/2 tsp of potato starch
2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil
lemon juice — to taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare the sauce by mixing the starch with the soy sauce. Traditional recipes add rice vinegar, but it can be replaced with lemon juice to taste. Let the sauce sit for a while.

2. Cut all the ingredients into small pieces, trying to make them as uniform as possible.

3. In a hot skillet, quickly fry the meat with vegetable oil for a few minutes. Add the meat in batches so that it can be cooked to a golden crust. Fry the vegetables in batches as well, so they turn crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. This takes very little time.

4. In the last batch of fried vegetables, add a few cloves of garlic pressed through a garlic press and some parsley or cilantro. Mix all the ingredients, gradually adding the previously prepared sauce.

5. The delightful pork with vegetables is ready! Serve the dish on a beautiful flat plate and enjoy its appearance — the vegetables shine as if covered with glaze. And what a tender taste… Thanks to the aromatic sauce, the meat and vegetables become spicy. It’s hearty and truly delicious.
