Ingredients:

Mushrooms – 300 grams;
Tomato paste – 200 grams;
1 clove of garlic;
1 onion;
Sour cream – 150 grams;
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
Parsley or dill – 2 sprigs.
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and slice them into 1 cm thick pieces.

Place all the ingredients in a preheated pan with oil and cover with a lid. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

Five minutes before it’s done, add the sour cream, tomato paste, and chopped herbs, and mix well.

The sauce is ready to be served with pasta. Enjoy your meal!

Pesto Sauce

Pasta with pesto sauce will create an Italian dinner atmosphere with family by candlelight.

Ingredients:

Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
A bunch of fresh basil;
Italian herbs – 1 teaspoon;
Pine nuts – 70 grams;
Parmesan cheese – 90 grams;
Black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon.
Finely chop the washed basil.

Put all the ingredients in a blender, add the nuts and grated cheese. Blend thoroughly, gradually adding vegetable oil.

Add the Italian herbs to the mixture and mix well.

Cream Sauce

An ideal option for pasta with shrimp, mushrooms, or salmon.

Ingredients:

200 ml of cream;
Salt and pepper – 0.5 teaspoon each;
Cheese – 150 grams;
Butter – 20 grams;
Herbs – 1 sprig.
Blend the cream and finely grated cheese together.

Add the pepper and salt, and mix well.

Serve with pasta, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs and a piece of butter. Enjoy your meal!

Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

Cheese – 200 grams;
Milk – 400 ml;
Flour – 3 teaspoons;
Butter – 20 grams;
Italian herbs – 1 teaspoon.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour, and carefully pour in the milk. Mix thoroughly.

When the mixture thickens, add the Italian herbs and grated cheese.

Cook until the cheese is completely melted. The sauce is ready to be served with pasta.

Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

Garlic – 5 cloves;
Black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon;
Herbs – 2 sprigs;
Sour cream – 200 grams.

Ingredients:

Tomato paste – 4 teaspoons;
Clove of garlic;
Onion;
Pepper mix – 0.5 teaspoon;
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons;
Pickled tomatoes – 250 grams.
In a preheated pan with oil, add finely chopped garlic and onion. Fry until golden brown.

Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and ¼ cup of water. Also add the pepper mix and mix well.

Simmer on high heat for about 7 minutes, then cool and blend. The universal pasta sauce is ready!

Basil Sauce

This pasta addition has a pleasant taste of spicy herbs and pairs well with meat dishes.

Ingredients:

Fresh basil – 4 sprigs;
Sugar and salt – 1 teaspoon each;
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons;
Fresh tomatoes – 2 medium;
Pepper mix – 0.5 teaspoon;
Italian herbs – 0.5 teaspoon;
2 cloves of garlic.

Wash the tomatoes and pour boiling water over them to remove the skin. Blend.

Finely chop the garlic and fry in oil in a pan.

Add the tomato mixture and all the spices with salt and sugar.

Simmer for about 15 minutes until thickened. Then add the chopped basil and cook for another 5 minutes. A delicious addition to pasta is ready!
