Julienne in Buns - The Perfect Snack for Any Occasion

Julienne in buns is a wonderful recipe that is suitable for both a hearty breakfast and an original festive treat that can surprise your guests! Even if you are not confident in your culinary skills or have little time, you will not go hungry.

 

The main ingredients for julienne include chicken, mushrooms, and cheese. Champignon mushrooms are usually used, but you can also take oyster mushrooms or any boiled wild mushrooms. Julienne can be served in various ways: in tartlets, cocottes, or puff pastry baskets. We offer you a classic recipe for julienne with chicken and mushrooms baked in buns.

Ingredients

100 g hard cheese
300 g chicken fillet
50 ml sunflower oil
100 ml cream
200 g champignon mushrooms
2 buns
1 onion
salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Finely chop the onion. Sauté the mushrooms with the onion in heated oil.

2. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water. Cut it and mix it with the mushrooms and cream.

3. Cut off the tops of the buns and remove the crumb. Stuff the buns with the resulting mixture and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
