Chicken Fried in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 chicken fillets;
2 tomatoes;
100 ml dry white wine;
1 clove of garlic;
250 ml broth;
40 g olives;
vegetable oil for frying;
a bunch of basil;
pepper and salt to taste.
Preparation:
1. Rinse and dry the chicken fillets. Cut them lengthwise, but not all the way through, flatten them on a cutting board, and cut into the shape of a heart. Season the chicken with pepper and salt, fry in a pan until cooked (until golden brown). Cover with a lid and keep warm.
2. Make cross cuts on the tomatoes, dip them in boiling water, and remove the skin. Chop the flesh finely. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sauté the garlic for 1 minute, then add the tomatoes and cook until the juice evaporates. Pour in the wine, wait for it to evaporate, then add the broth and cook for another 20 minutes.
3. Rinse, dry, and finely chop the basil. Chop the olives finely. Add the basil and olives to the sauce, cook for another 15 minutes. Pour the sauce onto a plate, place the chicken breast on top, and garnish with a sprig of basil.
Cottage Cheese Casserole with White Chocolate

250 g cottage cheese;
150 g sour cream;
100 g white chocolate;
50 g sugar;
3 eggs;
3 tbsp starch.
Preparation:
In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Carefully add the cottage cheese, sour cream, and starch, and beat until smooth.
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath and pour it into the cottage cheese mixture, mixing thoroughly.
Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the cottage cheese mixture. Preheat the oven to +180°C and bake for 30 minutes. Optionally, decorate with berries and a sprig of mint before serving.
Mulled Wine with Fruits and Honey

(Alcoholic)
Ingredients:
wine — 750 ml;
For the classic recipe, it is better to use dry or semi-dry red wine. Avoid expensive wines, as fruits and spices can spoil their taste.
water — 250 ml;
honey — 130-150 ml;
orange — 1 pc;
apples — 2 pcs;
cinnamon — 3 sticks;
cloves — 6-10 buds;
allspice — 3-5 berries;
ginger — 1 g.
Preparation:
Cut the fruits into wedges, place all ingredients in a pot with water. Bring to a boil, press down slightly, remove from heat, and let steep. Then pour in the wine, stir, and heat to 70 degrees. Do not boil; as soon as steam appears — turn off.
Important: do not heat the wine above 80 degrees. Add honey after steeping, as it loses its beneficial properties at temperatures above 60 degrees.
It is recommended to use whole spices rather than ground ones, as the latter make the mulled wine cloudy and harder to filter.
