Sweet Lavash Envelopes with Pear - Easy and Quick Recipe

Many of us love to cook dishes from thin lavash, but most often the filling turns out to be savory. We suggest you try an amazing, quick, and simple recipe with a sweet fruit filling. This dish turns out incredibly delicious, and you can choose any fruits or berries, such as peaches, strawberries, bananas, and so on — choose what you like. Enjoy your meal!

 

Ingredients:

Pear 170-180 g.
Lavash 1 piece.
Chicken egg 1 piece.
Sour cream 1 tbsp.
Sugar 2 tsp.
Sugar to taste
Vanilla sugar a pinch
Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

1. Beat the chicken egg with sour cream (20%), vanilla sugar, and sugar (2 tsp.) to taste.

2. Wash the pears, peel them, remove the core, and cut into cubes. If you need more sweetness, add a little sugar and mix; I added 1 tsp. of sugar without a heap. The specified weight of the pear refers to the peeled product.

3. Cut the thin lavash into 6 squares. I have rectangular lavash, which is very convenient for such envelopes. Place the filling on each square.

4. Fold into an envelope.

5. Dip in the egg mixture and fry in vegetable (or butter) oil on both sides until golden brown (under a lid on low heat).
