Homemade Chocolate Candies and Lollipops: Quick and Delicious!

You love sweets, and it's no secret. Every day you spend money on candies, cookies, and chocolate bars, which can add up to a significant amount. However, at home, you can easily prepare your favorite treats using just your desire and creativity.

 

Candies from Fresh or Frozen Berries

Ingredients:

200 g of lingonberries, cranberries, strawberries, or currants
1 egg,
2 tbsp of powdered sugar.

Wash the berries thoroughly, and beat the egg white with 1 tbsp of powdered sugar until peaks form. Then dip the berries in the egg white, and afterwards in the remaining powdered sugar. Place them on a plate and put them in the refrigerator.

Lollipops

Ingredients:

1.5 cups of fruit juice or syrup,
1 cup of sugar.

Add sugar to the juice or syrup and mix well. Place on the heat and cook until the mixture turns brown. Pour the resulting mixture into molds.

Raffaello Balls

Ingredients:

3 egg whites,
150 g of sugar,
150 g of nuts.

Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the chopped nuts. Place the resulting mixture on a greased baking sheet and dry in the oven on low heat.

Nut Candies

Ingredients:

100 g of milk,
1.5 cups of sugar,
1 tbsp of cocoa,
250 g of butter,
1 tbsp of cognac,
1 pack of baby formula,
250 g of chocolate,
100 g of wafers,
300 g of peanuts.

Add sugar and cocoa to the milk, mix well, and bring to a boil. Then add the butter, cognac, and baby formula. Form a dough from the resulting mixture. Next, make round candies from it, place them on foil, and put them in a cool place.

Melt the chocolate, dip the hardened candies in it, and place them on a plate, sprinkling with crushed wafers and nuts on top.
