However, if you realize that in a few hours you will start to have a headache, it will help you consider whether it’s worth risking your health for immediate pleasure.
Create a Reward Plan
Regular small rewards can help eliminate the desire to have a “feast.” Don’t think that you have to earn a reward, as this mindset can lead to stress and breakdowns.
