Scrambled eggs for breakfast are one of the most nutritious and beneficial dishes, and the ability to cook them is a skill that almost everyone possesses. Chef Rose Reisman shared a method for making a diet-friendly scrambled egg without oil and frying in a pan.
Rose Reisman believes that many find it difficult to make a full breakfast in the morning. Some rush to work, while others prefer an extra 10 minutes of sleep. She offers a recipe for scrambled eggs that won't take much time or effort. You won't even have to take out a frying pan or wash any dishes.
“There are different situations. You might not want to fry eggs in oil because of its harm, or you may not want to wash dishes in the morning. Perhaps you are in a hotel where there is a microwave but no full kitchen with cookware. In any case, don’t skip breakfast! For my recipe, you will need eggs, two paper plates, a microwave, and a piece of bread,” says the chef.
Rose Reisman recommends cracking two eggs into one plate, covering it with the other plate, and placing this setup in the microwave, setting it to full power (800-1000 W). The dish with two eggs will be ready in about 1.5 minutes. If you are making a larger portion, increase the cooking time by another 30 seconds to allow the whites to firm up, reports the online publication The Mirror.
Rose Reisman adds that the finished fried eggs should be placed on the bread. If you choose whole grain, you will get the healthiest sandwich without a drop of oil. Therefore, the chef recommends this recipe to anyone who prefers healthy food and values every minute of their time.
