The pervert lured children into prayer houses and committed violent sexual acts against them there. Investigators detained Manuil in 2023, searches were conducted in the house temple of the Catholic Church in Moscow and in the prayer house in Vnukovo. In 2003, Manuil was convicted along with his personal assistant Yevgeny Ryndey for fifteen years for a similar crime.
