In Rome, dozens of horses escaped from a rehearsal for the Republic Day parade, reports La Repubblica.
According to the publication, about 30 horses were frightened by the fireworks launch and ran away.
As a result of the incident, four people were injured. They attempted to stop the animals. Meanwhile, about 15 horses sustained injuries.
Authorities have begun an investigation into the incident.
