A Plane Crashes in the U.S. with a Pickleball Team on Board

A plane crashed in the city of Wimberley carrying members of the Amarillo pickleball team. As a result of the accident, five people were killed, including players and the pilot.

A plane carrying members of the Amarillo pickleball team, a popular mix of tennis and badminton in the U.S., crashed in the city of Wimberley. Five people were killed. The victims included passengers Hayden Dillard, Seren Wilson, Brooke Skypala, and Stacey Hedrick, as well as pilot Glen Eppling. The club, which lost a significant part of its team in one day, issued a heartfelt statement.

— Please pray for the families of the victims. While many of us were friends with the players, it is their loved ones who are suffering the most right now. They may need our support during this time, — the statement said.

— Our community is very close-knit. Everyone knows each other. We are heartbroken, we are devastated, — said Martin Robertson, the main organizer of the tournament at Cranky Pickle.

The causes of the crash are still being investigated, and friends and colleagues are asking for support for the families of the victims during this difficult time.
