Elena Rybalko, a participant of the KVN team 'Tired by the Sun', tragically died at the age of 53. The information was confirmed by the press service of the Club of the Merry and Resourceful.
"Elena's death is an irreplaceable loss for all who knew this wonderful girl. In this difficult time, we share the pain of her family and all those who were fortunate enough to know Elena," reads a message published on the official KVN Telegram channel.
Social media reports that Elena was hit by a car while crossing the road in an unauthorized place. She died at the scene from her injuries.
Elena Rybalko was one of the brightest participants of the Sochi team 'Tired by the Sun'. The short, lively blonde performed on the same stage as Mikhail Galustyan and Alexander Revva. In 2003, she became the club champion.
After ending her active career in KVN, Rybalko appeared less frequently on stage, participating only in anniversary games. In recent years, she had been training aspiring KVN players in Sochi and Novorossiysk.
