Employees of the Riga Regional Department of the State Police are searching for a woman captured on video who collided with a parked vehicle in a shopping center parking lot and left the scene of the incident without reporting it as required by law.
The State Police urges everyone to take a close look at the woman depicted in the video and to respond if they recognize her or know her whereabouts. Information can be reported to the police at 67829235 or 29637196.
