В таких чертогах роскоши хотела жить специалистка по компьютерам, но - не судьба.

The artist exhibits traits of narcissistic and hysterical disorders.

A Moscow pensioner sold her apartment for 112 million rubles and handed the money over to fraudsters. The buyers wanted to have her checked by a psychiatrist before the deal, but the woman claimed she was a "People's Artist," and it was foolish to demand a certificate! And they believed her. This is about Larisa Dolina (70). The Telegram channel "Baza" publishes the results of forensic examinations in this high-profile case for the first time and explains why this "special pensioner" became an ordinary pawn in the hands of villains.

Why did Dolina fall for it?

— According to experts' conclusions, the artist exhibits traits of narcissistic and hysterical personality disorders (excessive self-confidence, overconfidence, denial of one's own weaknesses, and high suggestibility may be present). She is also inattentive to details due to a lack of time and a busy schedule. Additionally, she has a "naive optimist's mindset" and "expressed values of safety."

How was Dolina manipulated?

— It was a whole set of methods: gathering data from open sources, test calls, jointly inventing a legend, emotional swings, social isolation, and excessive anger. In other words, the fraudsters, possessing acting talents, first intimidated her, then isolated her from communication with loved ones, and staged a multi-step scheme to "save money from Rosfinmonitoring."

Why did the buyer think everything was okay?

— IT specialist Polina Lurie (35), who bought Dolina's apartment, stated that she noticed nothing suspicious during the transaction.

Dolina claimed she simply wanted to buy an even larger apartment (saying that 5 rooms and 236 square meters were already too small). During the transaction, Dolina did not leave the room, did not talk to anyone, and did not make any calls.

Why could no one stop Dolina?

— The buyers' realtor requested certificates from Dolina from a narcologist and psychiatrist, but the singer hinted that she was a "People's Artist," so what kind of examinations could be discussed? Dolina's assistant helped transfer money to "Rosfinmonitoring," but he could not prevent the disaster either, as he could not even think of arguing with his influential boss.

Why did the court recognize Dolina as a victim?

— The examination established that Dolina was not under hypnosis; however, she was subjected to serious psychological influence and was not aware of what was happening during the scheme. She was manipulated through photographs, video calls, intonations, and voice timbre. Despite previously knowing about such schemes, she could not cope with the threat herself. The court decided to leave the apartment with Dolina, while the buyer was left without property and 112 million rubles.
