Профессор Чарнек собирается все сделать по закону.

The candidacy lays the groundwork for a polarized election campaign.

The Law and Justice party (PiS) has nominated Przemysław Czarnek as its candidate for the head of government. This was announced at the party conference in Kraków, where PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński introduced him to the members of the organization.

The 48-year-old Czarnek, a law professor and former Minister of Education and Science, will lead PiS in the parliamentary elections in the fall of 2027. Known as one of the most hardline right-wing politicians in the party, he criticized the pro-European government of Prime Minister Donald Tusk in his first speech.

In his address, Czarnek promised to "take care of authentic Poland" and return it to the Polish people. Currently, the party has support at the level of 22 percent, according to opinion polls. Despite Czarnek's nomination, 76-year-old Jarosław Kaczyński remains the leader of PiS.

Czarnek's candidacy lays the groundwork for a polarized election campaign ahead of the 2027 elections. His tough stance and criticism of the current government are likely to shape the party's strategy in the coming months. PiS will now focus on consolidating voters around Czarnek's vision for the future of Poland.

The PiS candidate for prime minister, Professor Przemysław Czarnek, also presented a draft law on strict measures against foreigners. The presentation took place in the city of Kędzierzyn-Koźle.

The document is titled "Zero Preferential Tariff Rate" ("Zero Taryfy Ulgowej") and proposes tightening responsibility for offenses. If a foreigner commits an offense a second time, they will be automatically deported from Poland. The initiative includes hooliganism and public order violations.

"If you want to be in Poland, you must accept our rules, our values, and above all, respect us. Respect the order in Poland," Czarnek stated. He added that the bill should be considered by the Sejm as soon as possible.

During his speech, the politician also sharply criticized Donald Tusk's government. According to him, under the current leadership, the country has become "a place of chaos, lies, and manipulation."
