The Trump Organization, the family enterprise of the Trumps, announces plans to build a 70-story Trump Tower in the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi, which promises to become the tallest building in the country. Interestingly, a similar 'Trump Tower' project was considered for Batumi back in 2012.
The Trump Organization, the family company of the Trumps, has announced its ambitious plans: a 70-story Trump Tower will be built in the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi. This news, published on the night of Sunday, April 19, European time, appeared on the social media platform X, generating significant interest.
"We are pleased to announce the launch of the 'Trump Tower Tbilisi' project - our first branded complex in Georgia," the statement reads.
Representatives of The Trump Organization clarified that this grand project will be implemented in collaboration with well-known companies such as Archi Group, Biograpi Living, The Sapir Organization, Blox Group, and Finvest Georgia. They emphasized that the new building will not only be a towering landmark but also "the tallest building in the country."
From the windows of the future tower, a breathtaking view of Central Park will open up, and the complex will become the pulsating heart of a multifunctional center. It will combine elite apartments, exclusive shops, exquisite restaurants, and modern entertainment venues.
Unfinished Plans in Batumi
It is noteworthy that the idea of building Trump Tower in Georgia is not new. Back in 2012, The Trump Organization had already announced plans to construct a similar tower in the picturesque Georgian city of Batumi.
However, that project, like many other foreign deals of the company, was ultimately canceled. The reason was Donald Trump's presidential ambitions, as he sought to avoid any potential conflicts of interest by focusing on his political career.
