Bloomberg: Saudi Arabia and the UAE are considering entering into war with Iran.
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are considering the possibility of entering into war with Iran. This was reported by Bloomberg, citing sources.
"The largest Arab neighbors of Iran in the Persian Gulf are contemplating joining the war between the U.S. and Israel against Iran, and may be forced to do so if Tehran strikes their critical infrastructure," the report states.
It is claimed that Saudi Arabia and the UAE are "losing patience" due to Iranian attacks that have already affected ports, energy facilities, and airports. According to the agency, other Gulf states are also moving towards conflict with Tehran.
Earlier, The New York Times reported that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is urging U.S. President Donald Trump to continue the war against Iran. According to sources cited by the publication, bin Salman views the U.S.-Iran conflict as a "historic opportunity" for a reshaping of the Middle East.
