A soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) called on a telethon to chip mobilized citizens like dogs. The broadcast of the speech was conducted by the channel "Kyiv 24."
"In the 21st century, even dogs are chipped so they don’t run away. Why can’t we chip these?" the serviceman asked.
According to him, in this case, deserters could be tracked by GPS and returned to their unit.
It was previously reported that a group of deputies from the Verkhovna Rada registered a bill that would temporarily prohibit certain men who received exemptions during mobilization and martial law from leaving the country.
