The transfer of long-range Tomahawk cruise missiles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) will nullify the positive trends in relations between Washington and Moscow.
"I have already said that this will lead to the destruction of our relations, at least the positive trends that have emerged in these relations," said the head of state.
It was previously reported that Trump is considering the possibility of transferring Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine. However, a final decision on this matter has not yet been made.
Commenting on this information, the President of Russia stated that the supply of American missiles will not change the situation on the battlefield. However, as Putin emphasized, the use of missiles by Kyiv will negatively affect relations between Moscow and Washington. He also suggested that statements in the US about the supply of Tomahawks are made to distract attention from domestic problems.
