The famous actress shared shocking details about her separation from her ex-husband and explained why she limits his meetings with their child.
52-year-old Maria Mironova made loud accusations against her ex-husband Andrey Soroka. The actress, who is currently in a custody battle with him over their son Fyodor, stated that he exhibited abusive behavior and stalking. In her Instagram, she published an emotional post detailing the reasons for their divorce.
"The trial is ongoing, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, the story of kindness, love, and light has ended, friends and press! The last thing I wanted was for this conflict to enter the legal field and the public eye, as it concerns my most precious person — my son. But I was left with no other options," Mironova wrote. She accompanied this post with a touching archival photo with her son.

The actress claims that a shocking incident that occurred right in her home was the key moment for their separation. According to her, Andrey Soroka brutally beat her brother Alexey on the boy's birthday, with the child being a witness to the events.
The victim required urgent medical assistance, and doctors diagnosed him with a concussion and multiple bruises. Maria Mironova specifically noted that her brother deliberately chose not to respond to the aggression, as he did not want to "escalate the situation."
Maria claims that the experience had a significant impact on Fyodor, and for a year, the boy exhibited aggressive outbursts. Despite this, the actress tried to maintain the father's connection with the child.
She allowed her ex-husband to come to the house, meet with their son, and even stay overnight so that the boy "would have a sense of his father's presence."
However, over time, Soroka's demands changed drastically. He began insisting on taking Fyodor with him, including to rented apartments. The actress claims that he even "threatened to take him to his homeland in Sterlitamak to show off to relatives and his brother, who, by the way, has a criminal record."

"Throughout all the years of the child's life, friends, all the material and moral responsibility, as I deal with his affairs, education, and sports every day, has been and remains on me), and, unfortunately, this has nothing to do with Mr. 'ex-husband', who shows no slightest interest in this," Mironova emotionally continued.
The actress also reported that for a year, her ex-husband secretly listened to her through a speaker. She claims that she has all the necessary evidence, which will be presented in court.
"The rest will be said and proven by my lawyer Shota Gorgadze. I will not give up the child! God bless all of us, women, protection from aggression and a simple peaceful life with our children! With love and faith in justice," Maria Mironova concluded resolutely.
Background of the Conflict
It became known the day before that Maria Mironova divorced Andrey Soroka three years ago. The separation was peaceful, without any disputes over property division or custody.
That is why the actress did not publicly announce the divorce. However, this year the situation changed dramatically when her ex-husband began to seek the right to participate in their son's life through the court.
He repeatedly filed lawsuits in the Presnensky Court of Moscow, demanding the removal of obstacles to the child's communication with his relatives. However, he was denied each time due to errors in the applications.
Later, Soroka filed a new lawsuit, claiming restrictions in communication with his son and demanding full participation in his upbringing. A hearing on this case is scheduled for June 2.
