Yegor Beroyev candidly discusses his divorce from Ksenia Alfyorova and his new marriage: “I took responsibility” 0 17

After announcing his divorce from Ksenia Alfyorova, which ended their 21-year marriage, 48-year-old Yegor Beroyev shared details of his personal life for the first time. The actor spoke about his separation from his ex-wife and effectively responded to rumors of infidelity with his current partner, 21-year-old ballerina Anna Pankratova, and also touched on the topic of their marriage.

"You are appealing to rumors. In this case, when we need to say with Anna what our relationship is, we will definitely say it. But for now, we haven't said anything anywhere," Beroyev said in response to a question from the host, who had previously referred to Anna as his wife. These words served as a kind of evasion from directly confirming their marital status with Pankratova.

The actor also lifted the veil on his "new life." "In November 2022, I rented an apartment and moved out to live separately, which I wrote about in my blog. I have my new life, which began in 2022," Beroyev shared.

In early February, Beroyev announced his divorce from Alfyorova, which caused a wide resonance. Many media outlets reported at the time that the actor left his 51-year-old wife for Pankratova, whom he met in 2022 when she was only 18 years old, and whom he reportedly recently married. Meanwhile, Ksenia Alfyorova clarified in an interview that the official divorce took place only in May 2025, and their union was blessed.

"Undoubtedly, the question of divorce is always painful. Because people, especially those who have lived together for a long time, and moreover, this is a well-known couple, have parted ways. Of course, a bunch of demons rushed in to rejoice at this. Well, that's normal," the actor reacted to the wave of criticism that fell upon him after the news of his separation from Alfyorova.

The actor particularly noted that he has never shared details of his personal life with the press and intends to maintain a respectful attitude towards Ksenia. "I will treat my first wife Ksenia with respect, wishing her only good, no matter what she says. She remains a close person to me. She is the mother of my daughter, with whom we are in touch every day," Beroyev emphasized.

Beroyev stated that he consciously took on the wave of negativity when he announced himself as the initiator of the divorce from Alfyorova on social media. "Demons rushed in and started to poke. I thought: I feel uncomfortable when they poke her (Alfyorova). Let them poke me. I took responsibility in my post for the fact that I broke up. This is important for a Christian marriage — we bear responsibility for this. So I take it upon myself. I also asked in this post [followers] to be understanding. But the demons are restless. So we haven't made any further statements. Well, that's it," the actor explained.

According to Beroyev, he and Alfyorova were unable to maintain their relationship, which the actress herself had previously confirmed in her interviews. "That's how life is: people divorce, but they don't agree. They see things differently. Sometimes it accumulates and becomes unbearable. Unfortunately, with Ksenia, we did not maintain a human relationship," he candidly admitted.

Despite everything, the actor expressed hope for a possible reconciliation with Alfyorova in the future. "Life goes on, our daughter is preparing to enter university. Maybe time will pass. The passions will calm down, and we will be able to work together [with Ksenia]," Yegor Beroyev concluded.

In February of this year, Beroyev announced the end of his 21-year marriage to Alfyorova, expressing brief gratitude to her "for all the good and bad." The former spouses have a 19-year-old daughter, Yevdokiya.

According to media reports, Beroyev secretly married Anna Pankratova in February of this year; she is 27 years younger than him and almost the same age as his daughter. They met in a choreographic college, where the actor was looking for a performer for his directorial debut — the film "Doll," and now, reportedly, the couple is already thinking about expanding their family.

In a recent interview, Ksenia Alfyorova made it clear that the divorce from Beroyev is not easy for her, and despite the official dissolution of the marriage, she continues to consider him her husband. "I am a wife, we are blessed! Yes, in eternity a wife, not on paper. <...> I don't believe that love passes. It probably just changes its form. Therefore, divorce is impossible!" the actress emotionally stated.

Meanwhile, many users on social media criticize the actor for what they consider to be his overly restrained remarks about his ex-wife. The public is also outraged by the significant age difference between him and Anna Pankratova. Additionally, long-standing rumors of the actor's infidelity during his marriage to Ksenia Alfyorova have resurfaced online.
