Over time, plumbing inevitably develops rust deposits. However, it is possible to remove corrosion stains on your own, without resorting to aggressive agents or professional services.
To prepare the cleaning solution, two accessible ingredients are needed: hydrogen peroxide and ammonia. They are mixed in equal parts, after which the resulting liquid is applied to the problem areas using a sponge or spray bottle and left to act.
After about 10-15 minutes, the surface is rinsed with warm water. As a result, even old rust stains disappear, and the surface noticeably brightens and looks cleaner.
This effect is achieved thanks to the properties of the components: hydrogen peroxide lightens and removes dark spots, while ammonia effectively breaks down dirt and greasy deposits.
