Ingredients:

minced meat - 500 g

tomato sauce or ketchup - 250 ml

cream - 70 ml

water or broth - 150 ml

Preparation

In a bowl, add grated onion, spices, egg, and rice to the minced meat.

Shred the cabbage, grate the carrot, and combine them together.

Form patties from the minced meat and place the cabbage and carrot mixture in the center.
