20% cream — 200 milliliters;

salt, black pepper, and dry garlic — to taste;

Preparation:
Cook the pasta in salted water until ready. Sauté the shrimp in vegetable oil for about two minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Pour warm cream into the skillet, add dry garlic and spices, and heat the mixture for a few more minutes.
Transfer the cooked pasta into the sauce and keep it on the heat for a couple of minutes. Before serving, portion the dish and sprinkle with grated cheddar.
