The cake made from flour crumbs and condensed milk is prepared from simple ingredients, and the process itself does not require much time and effort.
Ingredients:
-
250 grams of flour;
-
120 grams of butter;
-
60 grams of sugar;
-
a pinch of salt;
-
400 grams of sour cream with 20 percent fat;
-
200 grams of boiled condensed milk.
Preparation:
Flour, butter, sugar, and salt are rubbed together by hand until a crumbly mixture is formed. Then, the mixture is toasted in a dry skillet until golden brown and completely cooled before use.
Sour cream and boiled condensed milk are taken out of the refrigerator in advance and left at room temperature for about twenty minutes. After that, the ingredients are whipped with a mixer until smooth.
Layers are placed in a mold, alternating between the crumb and the cream, until the ingredients are used up. The finished cake is placed in the refrigerator for at least eight hours to soak.
