Experts have disproved the version of Kurt Cobain's suicide: "It was murder"
Daily Mail: Experts have disproved the version of Kurt Cobain's suicide.
On April 5, 1994, 27-year-old Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain died in his home — according to the official version, he committed suicide. However, a group of independent forensic experts recently conducted a re-analysis of the autopsy materials and evidence from the crime scene. After three days of reviewing the materials, specialist Brian Burnett firmly stated: "This is murder. We need to do something about it." This was reported by the Daily Mail.
Michelle Wilkins, a member of the expert team, explained that this conclusion followed a detailed examination of the autopsy protocol: it revealed signs atypical for an instantaneous death from a gunshot wound.
"The autopsy data raises questions: wait, this person did not die instantly from the shot. Brain and liver necrosis is typical for an overdose, but not for death from a gunshot wound," emphasized Wilkins.
Researchers believe that Cobain was forcibly administered a lethal dose of banned substances to incapacitate him, then one of the criminals shot him in the head, placed the weapon in the deceased's hands, and planted a fake suicide note.
