Ingredients (for 4 toasts):
1 ripe persimmon
4 slices of baguette or toast bread
80 g cream cheese (Philadelphia or similar)
1 tsp honey
A few mint leaves
A pinch of ground black pepper
Preparation:

- Spread cream cheese on each slice.
- Slice the persimmon thinly and arrange on top.
