Autumn is a time when many experience a drop in energy and a decline in mood. Specialists recommend including more protein-rich foods in the diet to maintain vitality and improve psycho-emotional well-being.

“Every meal must definitely include protein. Even if you are snacking on an apple, eat 10 almonds or a serving of Greek yogurt to avoid feeling sleepy and to stay active,” advises Nikitina.

The expert also recommends prioritizing seasonal fruits and vegetables, such as apples and pumpkin instead of exotic products. Walking outdoors, engaging in favorite hobbies, and maintaining a sleep schedule help support health and youthfulness of the body.

A survey of analysts showed that 70.8% of company employees noted that sunny and warm autumn weather contributes to high productivity.
